La Torre Dels Lleons
In 2005 we felt the need to have our own space (a tailor-made space in which to develop our food in order to achieve the best results and give maximum satisfaction to our customers). And so we acquired La Torre dels Lleons, a place which undoubtedly marked a “before and after” in Sibaris.
La Torre dels Lleons was built in the nineteenth century on the ruins of the castle of Picalqués in Esplugues (Barcelona), which had been already known by this name as far back as the twelfth century.
La Torre dels Lleons has the characteristics of a large Catalan farmhouse and maintains its stately air, as symbolized by the coat of arms of the ancient family of Picalqués, which can still be seen on the door of the property.
