Sibaris was set up in 1992 in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). Back then, it was a cooking school located in the basement of a building. Our facilities were very small: both the kitchen and the space for customer service. But the enthusiasm in the company’s early days helped us evolve into a catering firm a year and a half later. Not only did we teach our students how to cook, but we also offered our dishes to our customers.
Our project expanded and, without realizing it, outgrew the space that at first had seemed huge. In 2004 we looked for a larger place to continue growing. And we found the perfect place at the same location: a 1,000 square meter space that would help us to consolidate our position in the prestigious catering sector and continue loving everything we do.
In 2005, following this positive path, we made the joint team decision with our team to commit to the future and find our own space. We wanted a tailor-made location which would match our haute cuisine just perfectly.
The goal was to get the best results and deliver maximum satisfaction to our customers. And we soon found the place: La Torre dels Lleons in Esplugues (Barcelona). A space which undoubtedly marked a “before and after” in Sibaris.
After more than 20 years of experience, we look back and realize that none of this would have been possible without the support of our customers, or the strength and enthusiasm of all our staff.
Together we have created something magical which in turn is based on something very simple: making our customers happy by working with the aim of exceeding their expectations. And all of that, with the standards of dedication and professionalism that we demand from ourselves.
